产品概述:
二硼化铪(HfB2)具有高熔点、高热导性、抗氧化性等高温综合性能的新型陶瓷材料,主要应用在超高温陶瓷、高速飞行器鼻锥和航空、航天等领域。二硼化铪(HfB2)主要用于碳碳和碳陶复合功能材料的改性剂:二硼化铪(HfB2)改性碳纤维可以大幅度提高碳纤维的强度,增加抗疲劳度对与耐磨性能和耐高温性能,改性效果非常明显,各项指标均大幅度提升。性能特点:
1、纯度高:最高纯度可达99.99%,XRD检测无杂质相,GDMS检测金属杂质元素含量低;
2、粒径小:最小粒度为30-50nm;
3、分布集中:粒度标准正态分布,无双峰或者多峰,无拖尾;
4、典型产品:
①标准1-3um(D10>1.0um,D50:1.2~1.8um,D90<3.0um,80%粒度集中于1-3um范围之内)
②10-60um等离子热喷涂金属陶瓷粉末(D10>10.0um,D50:20~30um,D90<60.0um,80%粒度集中于10-60um范围之内)
